This cover helps to keep my steering wheel nice and cool and it prevents me from having to drive with a steering wheel that's too hot to touch. Also it's softness allows the driver to handle it without it being rough. For thoes who live in the north were it is cold this cover could feel very nice when you touch it from being in the cold. The softness of it can make your hands feel warmer. I believe its a good product no matter where you live in the cold or warm area.
