(More customer reviews)I purchased two seat cushions (for my wife and I to use in our cars, where the winters get very cold!). Plugged them in at home to test them, and found that although the vibrate feature worked, neither seat cushion would heat up. Called the Wagan customer service, but they couldn't fix the problem, and didn't seem suprised by my complaint. Was able to return them to Amazon and get a full refund, with no hassles.
