(More customer reviews)I ordered and paid for a set of custom seat covers for all three rows of my mazda cx9; I figured the significant cost would be well worth not only the look, but also the function of having custom seat covers in my new vehicle. I ordered the set well before a family vacation time with my two toddlers and was anxious to have the seat covers in over the light grey seats to protect them. However, nearly 2 months past my order date I'm still waiting....the items have not even been shipped yet and the company takes an average of 3 days to respond to my inquiries, and the 'new' delivery date has also come and gone without explaination and I feel totally neglected and clueless in the process.
Keep in mind that the product itself might indeed be fantastic, but how would I KNOW?!! If patience is your virture then by all means order with this company
