(More customer reviews)This product has a very small (2-3") rotating area in the center of the piece. I bought it because of its low profile, but did not realize that just the round area that you see in the center is the only place that has the mechanism. When a person's hips cover the whole pad, how is such a small area supposed to support the swiveling of their weight? It can't. Don't waste your money. As a normal, strong person, the seat barely moved for me. Can you imagine how an injured person would receive no benefit?
