1.1 of the 2 seat covers has a tan line at the base of where the seat bottom meets the seat back. Since they are dark blue it is very noticeable and was an extreme disappointment to me. Not acceptable for the price that I paid.
2. When trying to resolve the issue my only online option given to me was to return for a refund and not a replacement. I want 1 new seat cover to replace the defective one or a discount given for that seat cover. No where did it say the item was non exchangable.
3. I tried to contact Amazon via phone but could not find a phone number for them anywhere. That makes one wonder.......
I have placed several orders with amazon and have been very satisfied with prior results. This was a very big disappointment to me and now I am very leary about purchasing anything else from them.
