(More customer reviews)When you get done, it looks pretty good (amazon pic does not match item btw - but I verified the stock number against what they said would fit my 2010 Jeep JK and it did). The problem is getting it installed. You drill holes in the tailgate. No problem there... but then us their self-tapping screws. I should be putting quotes around the self-tapping part. They strip very easily, and are softer in material than the tailgate steel (hard to believe I know). If they know that these get screwed up so easily, they could at least give a couple extras (come on Smittybilt spend an extra $0.25), but they don't.
On the plus side it adds some much needed storage space to the back end of the Jeep.
