I found this item and ordered it on faith (no reviews were available). It arrived the day before we were to leave. It fit the seat well and was movable to whatever position she needed. The controls were convenient and worked well. She had it on (both heat and vibrate) for the entire first day (9 hours) and was very happy with the results. It stayed on the rest of the time in the car, about 37 hours, without a single interruption. No over-heating or breakage. We're recommending it to our relatives.
