(More customer reviews)This seat cover fit well in my Jeep Liberty, and the elastics help to keep it in place. Very easy to install and uninstall.
The description does say it's "water-resistant" not "water-proof". I found that after some soggy days at the dog park, it didn't really seem to resist ANY water, everything soaked right through onto my seats.
It's comparable to throwing a blanket over your seats, except it stays put.
