The product is of good quality. I like the added layer of cushioning.The description was for universal fit to fit bucket seats.
I have a '98 Jeep Cherokee and the seats are only slighty bucketed and they do not fit well into the bucket at all. If you're not sitting in them, they balloon out and don't look very good. Yes, they are installed correctly.
Would recommend as long as you don't have bucket seats, or you don't care about vanity all that much.
