the build quality is marginal and barely worth the price. thin nylon with cheap vinyl backing. pouches are typical chicom low end molle pouches. Pouches are not horrible but don't load them heavy or expect them to take a beating and hold up long term. molle seat panel has sloppy stitching and will likely not hold a great deal of weight. I wouldn't consider this at all on an open top vehicle exposed to water/mud and sun. it won't hold up well.
elastic bands in seat cover are complete crap. too short and cheap plastic hooks. i expect them to break at which point i will replace them with something heavier.
if you figure 10.00 per pouch plus the seat cover this is an ok deal for 70.00 but not great. for 100.00 that most places advertise them i'd have considered it a rip off.
this is a great idea that falls short due to cheap materials.
