(More customer reviews)I rarely give a product 5 stars, but love this cushion. I am a 5'5" woman who weighs about 145. The cushion feels supportive without the "stiff" feeling I've had from several back support products made of hard foam.
The memory foam provides just enough give to adjust to my tush. The tailbone cutout takes the pressure off my spine. The shape works perfectly for me to sit properly in the car seat (I also use a back support cushion with it; adjusting the two together can be a little tricky.) The icing on the cake is the velour covering, which is soft and comfy. I might find it slightly too short back to front if I were quite a bit taller, but even then I should think it would help.
