(More customer reviews)I bought this item prior to a weekend family trip. Upon opening I realized the material was plastic and not very appealing to the eye. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt and installed it. Once I got on the road I noticed the first of it's downsides. Any small vibration causes a rattling sound due to the hard plastic material. Also there is a large gap between the iPad and the housing so it allows for it to move around forward and back as well as side to side. It's almost as though it was a size to big for the iPad. Last but not least it swayed side to side during the trip no matter how tight I fastened the strap. I just recently bought a similar headrest made by Geffen at my local walmart and it worked great. It was twice the price but the material is nylon, the fit is snug and the strap works much better, no swaying. For the price, this unit is barely ok. I'm NOT returning it simply because it will cost me another $8 to ship it back.
